The free training for caregivers offers bite-sized video clips covering everything from how to fill out a caregiver job application to interview tips to learning how to communicate more effectively with clients, patients, and co-workers.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) October 13, 2012
myCNAjobs recently launched an ongoing series of caregiver training videos to connect professional caregivers with free resources to build and grow a career in the caregiving space.
The free training for caregivers offers bite-sized video clips covering everything from how to fill out a caregiver job application to interview tips to learning how to communicate more effectively with clients, patients, and co-workers.
The caregiver training videos are shot from the myCNAjobs headquarters each week in Chicago IL and distributed via blog, social channels, and the myCNAjobs YouTube channel. In addition to topics generated from the myCNAjobs Recruitment Squad – responsible for connecting caregivers to non-medical caregiver and CNA jobs – topics are submitted from the growing, caregiver community.
“We’re always looking for new ways to add value to our caregiver community,” says Chelsea Cramer, Recruitment Squad Director.
“The caregiver training videos are a way for us to give back and hopefully impart some wisdom, leading to more informed, educated, and motivated caregivers for our clients,” adds Cramer.
