New Britain, CT, October 18, 2012 –(PR.com)– On this 50th anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, author William Dunkerley asks what’s new, as he analyzes the present-day role of Russian president Vladimir Putin. Dunkerley suggests that Putin has been remiss in protecting his own image. The Alexander Litvinenko case exemplifies the process through which Putin is “regularly slimed internationally,” he says.
