Neah Power Systems, Inc., (OTCBB: NPWZ), a developer of power solutions using proprietary, award winning technology for the military, transportation, and portable electronic devices, introduced that it has developed PowerPlay™, a consumer oriented fuel cell recharging solution slated for full release in the Spring of 2013.
Using its larger PowerChip™ silicon based fuel cell processing expertise, Neah Power has developed PowerPlay™, a lightweight, portable fuel cell recharger designed for cell phones, smart phones, tablets or just about any portable consumer device. The PowerPlay™ features a small fuel cell without any of the pumps or moving parts found in Neah Power’s larger PowerChip™ products. These passive fuel cells use small interchangeable, refillable cartridges provide the fuel. Each cartridge is expected to supply enough power to charge a typical smart phone up to four times.
