This free webinar will be held by Hilary Bricken, and attorney with the Canna Law Group in Seattle, and Amy Poinsett, co-founder and CEO of MJ Freeway. Washington I- 502, is a statewide ballot initiative that seeks to replace the fight against marijuana with an approach of regulating and taxing marijuana for adult use.
Bricken, an attorney with the Canna Law Group in Seattle is regarded as one of Washington State's premier cannabis business attorneys, she helps MMJ companies of all sizes with everything from corporate structure and intellectual property protection to branding, licensing, and medical cannabis law.
Additionally, Hilary will provide the MMJ industry with a picture of what the political and business atmosphere will look like if I-502 passes, including what the direct effects will be on the MMJ industry.
