VIGO Industries has allocated over 100 fully functional stainless steel kitchen sinks and faucets to their Disaster Relief Initiative, a part of the new VigoCares program. “With hurricane season coming to a close, we are aware that there may be hundreds and thousands of families now in need of basic kitchen fixtures,” explains President, Lenny Valdberg.
VIGO seeks a partnership with a non-profit organization willing to help distribute stainless steel kitchen sinks and faucets to families whose homes have suffered severe damage and destruction as a result of natural disasters. “We are interested in contributing toward the rebuild and recovery of communities in need,” continued Mr. Valdberg.
VIGO’s goal is to find a local or nationally based charitable cause, whose mission is to help provide housing or home improvements to families hit by natural disasters like tornadoes, hurricanes, and severe flooding. “We have an inventory of kitchen display items, and would like to donate these modern kitchen sinks and faucets. We want to help improve their quality of life by offering these fundamental household items,” states Valdberg, “all we need is a partner to make it happen.”
