Consumers with insurance questions now have a trustworthy source of insurance answers without having to engage with an actual insurance agent thanks to the new website Einsteinsurance.com.
Website founder Justin Blase stated "Millions of consumers need auto, life, home and health insurance questions, but absolutely hate the process of 'being sold to'. The goal with our site is to let consumers find detailed, trustworthy answers to their questions prior to deciding whether or not they are ready to enter the sales process."
The website allows users to browse through the knowledgebase categories to learn more about a certain type of insurance, or they can simply enter their question into a search box which then displays the most appropriate answer. A key feature of the knowledgebase is that only licensed insurance professionals are able to contribute answers to the site.
Blase added "Our users find comfort in being able to find out something like 'How much is renters insurance per month?' and then making a personal choice as to whether or not they need it."
He also added "I am a firm believer in being well insured – and consumers deserve the opportunity to make an informed decision on their own without feel like they are being persuaded, which happens oftentimes in face-to-face conversations with agents. Consumers get the best of both worlds – they get an answer from a licensed insurance agent, but they aren’t pressured to buy right now if they don’t want to."
