As part of the conference program, Deborah Deters, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Olga Reupert, Vice President, Benefits and Compensation, and Joe Torella, National Employee Benefits Practice Leader, of Hub will present “Corporate Wellness: Managing Towards Zero Trend; What We did…What You Can Do…and What is Next”. This session is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 26th at 10:00 am EST.
The presentation will showcase how Hub International managed its employee benefits expenses over three years and reduced their rising medical trend to near zero. Attendees will learn how Hub worked with their healthcare vendors to integrate their data, establish performance guarantees, and increase employee participation in wellness initiatives. This session will discuss how employers can start to identify and manage emerging claims and increase engagement among employees and their families.
