Code Red Services, a Chicago-based training center for the American Heart Association, as well as a national AED distribution company, has officially changed their name to Cardio Partner Resources.
“As of October 1, 2012, our new name will be Cardio Partner Resources or Cardio Partners for short. This will not affect any current contracts or any dealings with Code Red Services, and there is no ownership change or employee changes,” said Brian Leonard, President and CEO of Cardio Partners.
The company has been around since 2005 and has focused its efforts on creating a heart-safe environment that will ultimately increase the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in the workplace. Providing nationwide First Aid, CPR and AED training for companies of all sizes coincides with Cardio Partners’ mission, and the change in name will allow the company to develop their brand even further.
“In the interest of growing our company, branding our company, and keeping a great reputation, we thought it would be in our best interest to change our name to Cardio Partners,” said Leonard. “With this name we have received patent protection and can now begin to focus on really building our brand.”
