Hercules Window Cleaning has acquired Hawkins Building Services, according to a deal announced by Hercules on Wednesday, August 1st, 2012. The acquisition makes Hercules the largest commercial window cleaning contractor in the Saint Louis area, and will add an estimated $300,000 to Hercules’ annual revenue, calculated at $1 million in 2011.
Hawkins Building Services has been in operation since 1999, serving a variety of high-rise office buildings, government buildings and public event facilities including Busch Stadium, Metropolitan Square, Peabody Plaza and The Thomas Eagleton Federal Building. Steve Hawkins, the Owner of Hawkins Building Services, will stay on as Sales Manager at Hercules.
