NTI’s innovative portal connects students and employers with a myriad of resources.

Scarborough, ME (PRWEB) November 05, 2012

After a year in development, NTI has unveiled its feature rich portal for both students and employers at my.ntinow.edu. Students have their own management tools where they can create an online resume, update their profile, and be searched and recruited. A separate, secured database on the portal is available to employers for posting featured jobs and student externship openings. Employers are also able to browse student profiles and resumes to arrange interviews.

The portal also provides information to students regarding interview and job search skills, charity and Student Senate events, lecture schedules to enhance their learning experience, and other academic resource tools.

NTI Student Senator Dawn Viles said “The students here are very excited about all of the features they can access so easily now. We think this will really enhance their classwork and job search activities.”

Northeast Technical Institute, with campuses in Scarborough and Bangor, is a nationally accredited school and offers Federal Financial Aid for those who qualify. With its short-term, hands-on approach to training, NTI graduates are job-ready, may earn national certification and are prepared to meet the industry's overwhelming needs and demands for qualified professionals.

The school offers in-demand training for a range of medical programs, including Medical Assistant, Medical Lab Assistant, Medical Coding and Billing, Phlebotomy, Information Technology (PC Repair, Network Administration), HVAC/R and CDL Truck Driving. Classes start each week or month for most programs.
