The Book, the Puzzle and the Poster Combine to Form an Exciting New Educational Product for Children

By simultaneously activating auditory, tactile and visual memories, Puzz Story produces exceptional results in learning and long-term memory.

Brussels, Belgium (PRWEB) November 05, 2012

Puzz Story is a unique active reading game. It combines a book, a puzzle and a poster to result in a product that will entertain, educate and delight children—and amaze their parents.

Puzz Story is the first puzzle that tells a story. Children read or listen to a story, and, based on the descriptions, find puzzle pieces which represent key elements of the story. They place the pieces in the correct locations on a large magnetic poster, vividly illustrating the adventure.

By simultaneously activating auditory, tactile and visual memories, Puzz Story produces exceptional results in learning and long-term memory (see attached img: Puzz Story Formula).

“Children all learn in different ways,” says Marie-Hélène Bocquet, the creator of Puzz Story. “Books are great for children with strong auditory memories. Puzzles are good for children who need to manipulate and try things. Posters suit children with strong visual memories. Because Puzz Story combines a book, a puzzle and a poster, no learning style is neglected. Even better, the three elements actually enhance one another, creating positive synergies.”

The idea for Puzz Story came from Amber, Marie-Hélène’s daughter (see attached img: Amber). When she was very little, her dad would tell her stories about countries he had just travelled to on business. The stories had educational elements but were always simple and funny. During the story, Amber’s dad would show her where the countries were located on a magnetic world map, with each country represented by a magnet. By the time Amber was just 20 months old, she was able to place all the countries of the world in the correct spots on the map completely unaided (read full story).

“We’ve launched Puzz Story because we believe that it offers something unique; something no other educational product on the market has,” says Marie-Hélène. “My husband and I were amazed at how quickly Amber was able to learn using the combination of story, puzzle and poster, and we’re convinced that parents everywhere will be just as amazed as we were!”
