Ms. Reed is a nationally recognized expert in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and other federal and state healthcare system operations. She served as a Health IT Specialist for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), where she led various state Medicaid initiatives to successful completion over the past two years, including establishment of technical assistance to the states for ICD-10 compliance and oversight of those activities.
