Embassy Suites Atlanta – Alpharetta is collecting non-perishable donations and gift cards for Thanksgiving food needs on behalf of North Fulton Community Charities.

Thanksgiving is a time for many people to acknowledge their good fortune. For families who receive support from North Fulton Community Charities, counting their blessings is a struggle due to the daily financial demands that are placed on them.
North Fulton Community Charities (NFCC) helps to alleviate this stress during the holiday season by providing bags of food items for Thanksgiving meals. These items include non perishable donations and a gift card for additional Thanksgiving food needs. Last year we were able to assist 836 families living in North Fulton. For these families, every day brings new challenges in finding solutions in a frightening economy and new disparities in the job market and government programs.
We are asking our management staff, team members, clients, and guests to please help us assist local families in need by donating to our Thanksgiving Food Drive. Donations can be dropped off from November 11th-18th, 2012, here at the Embassy Suites Atlanta – Alpharetta Hotel, 5955 North Point Parkway. “We are delighted to help those who are in need and assist them in placing a meal on their tables during this holiday season,” said Cheryl Skeen, General Manager. All donations directly support local families in our community.
