Holmes is the owner of Home Staging Concepts which is a premier home staging, interior design, and event company based in Weston, Florida that services all of South Florida. She sits on the International Board of Directors of IAHSP® as Director of Fundraising for Worldwide Staging Service Week and as Secretary of the Foundation. Holmes also founded the South Florida Regional Chapter and still holds various board positions within the local chapter.
Sandra was a featured speaker at the conference in which all of the attendees received a new designation from her presentation as a specialist in working with REO's (Real Estate Owned Properties). Several banks are now working with Home Stagers to get the property ready for sale and to get it sold for top dollar. Schwarz presented Holmes with another award at the closing ceremonies of the conference for the expertise and training others to be able to expand their staging portfolios by working with Asset Management Companies, Banks, and REO Listing Agents.
In addition, Sandra is now certified in Home Staging REO properties (ASP®-REO), and also is a certified Senior Relocation Specialist (ASP®-SRS). Holmes has also earned the IAHSP® Premier designation at the conference. The designation means that Home Staging Concepts attended the continuing educational conferences, continues membership, and has all of the required licences and insurance that are needed to have a long standing reputable business.
