Johnson City, TN, November 16, 2012 –(PR.com)– The Spine Health Foundation, Inc. (SHF) has added four additional board seats and elected new directors and officers for the 2013-2014 term.
The SHF Board of Directors offers a variety of professional strengths and a passion for helping disadvantaged individuals overcome chronic pain due to spinal disorders. Each member brings considerable experience in medicine, public relations, technology and/or finance expertise.
Newly elected board members include: Dr. Michael Boggan, Suzanne Cloyd, Debbie Dover, Robbie Phillips and Barbara Street.
Charter members include: Bruce Blessing, Wes Burleson, Carol Conduff, Ralph O’Dell, Dr. Tom Olmsted and Donna Stettler.
Officers for 2013-2014 include: Dr. Tom Olmsted, president; Bruce Blessing, vice president; Wes Burleson, treasurer; and Carol Conduff, secretary.
Foundation Advisors include: Dr. Stephen Owens; Dan Bragg, CPA; David Miller, attorney; and Betty Jessee, CPA.
Founded in October 2010, the SHF has provided assistance to more than 20 people since Feb. 25, 2011. More than 45 procedures and resources have been provided, seven of which included spine surgeries. Additionally, the SHF provides other vital resources such as access to mental health and education to help the whole person. The organization’s mission is accomplished by the generosity of donors and physicians.
