Dr. William Dunn, DMD, announced that Kathleen Anderson, DMD, has joined the team at Lake Baldwin Dental in Orlando as a general and cosmetic dentist. She will be involved in all aspects of the wide range of high-quality dental health services offered by the practice.
A 2011 graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry, she is committed to staying on the cutting edge of dental education, and has completed advanced training in aesthetic dentistry, implants, sedation dentistry, endodontics and oral surgery. She has also studied occlusion from the prestigious Dawson Academy. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association. She also earned a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Anderson grew up in Gainesville, FL and attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and dental school. She graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Nutrition and Zoology. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2011. She comes to LBD after a one-year residency in St. Petersburg.
As the dental team at Lake Baldwin Dental welcomes Dr. Anderson, the practice also is bidding farewell to its colleague and mentor Dr. Leonard Glass, who is retiring after 42 years in dentistry. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Glass has delivered his unique style of dentistry to thousands of patients throughout the United States and has made an immeasurably positive contribution to the field of dentistry as a highly respected and leading-edge dental educator. Dr. Dunn and the entire Lake Baldwin team wish him the best of everything in his retirement.
