Mr. Kumar has worked on the committee for several years and has been an International Sales Manager with Q-Lab for the past decade. He was unanimously accepted to lead the group at AATCC’s May 2012 meeting, and leadership was transferred in November.
Mr. Kumar is also involved in various other lightfastness committees responsible for textile testing. He currently serves as the US expert in the lightfastness committee within ISO, allowing him to use his expertise to help the textile industry worldwide.
Smrithi regularly gives technical presentations about lightfastness and weathering throughout the world.
