Naperville Physical Therapy Owner Designs Exercise Calendar for Workspace

Naperville, IL, August 14, 2012 –(PR.com)– Each exercise displays the exercise name, an illustration showing how to perform the exercise, and three steps including how many seconds to hold (if applicable), how many repetitions, and how many sets to do per day. Weekend pages contain encouraging messages, small goals and a suggestion on how to improve the employee’s health in the upcoming week.

Since it is a calendar, Ms. Rachford has structured the routines to get progressively more challenging throughout the year. By starting off slowly, employees will not get discouraged and sore, thus preventing them from continuing to perform subsequent exercises. Instead, employees will gradually build up to more difficult exercises and stretches that will enable greater flexibility and strength throughout the year.

The calendar was created in order for Mary’s clients to keep in shape following therapy. The co-owner of WorkSpace WorkOuts is Tina Lehman, who originally requested such a calender because she wanted to keep the level of fitness reached following physical therapy. Mary worked on designing the calender for a year, utilizing her experience as a physical therapist to provide the most beneficial exercises.

Studies have shown that exercise boosts employee’s productivity, enhances their mood and promotes better teamwork between workers With the rising cost of healthcare, both employers and employees alike are looking for ways to stay in better shape. This calender is designed to facilitate that goal. More information may be found at WorkSpaceWorkOuts.com.
