EventPermits, a support services team specializing in securing event licenses for public relations (PR) and event marketing agencies, for their big brand clients, from coast-to-coast, recently debuted on its website a collection of videos showcasing various events they have worked on, in support of their agency clients, in order to secure the appropriate and necessary permits and venues for events, fairs and festivals.

Guttenberg, NJ (PRWEB) August 25, 2012

Working with the top 100+ PR companies, EventPermits has secured venues, permits and licenses for public events across the country, from Times Square in New York City to the coastline beaches off Los Angeles, California. Recently, EventPermits updated the video events gallery on its website. These short videos showcase different events that EventPermits has supported by securing venues and permits for their impressive agency client list. The success of these campaigns directly benefited from the depth and experience of EventPermits' personal relationships with Mayor’s Offices, Police Departments and Permit Offices, from Chicago to Boston to NYC. Their scope of permit work includes strategic location selection, as well as securing a wide array of permits including: generator permits, film permits, building permits, sampling permits, street activity permits, health permits, and amplified sound permits—all of which may be needed to ensure a safe, effective event that boosts brand awareness, and generates buzz around a brand.

Some of the videos included in the new gallery showcase include EventPermits' work on a program for America’s top selling imported beer, Corona Extra, to secure the appropriate permits, and an outdoor venue in Times Square in order to advertise and market Corona’s recent Beach Getaway Promotion. With help from EventPermits, Corona built a small beach and volleyball court in the heart of New York City, complete with sand, lounge chairs, volleyball and a giant, clear Corona bottle stylized as a fun photo booth. A larger event in New York City, requiring an abundance of permits, was a Criss Angel “Mindfreak” demonstration during which Criss Angel was suspended in a cement box several stories above the ground for 24 hours. This project required scaffolding, safety equipment and barricades, police presence, microphones, amplifiers and included live broadcast video feeds on the larger digital screens in Times Square. EventPermits worked to secure the area in Times Square, as well as all of the necessary permits to ensure Criss Angel’s performance went off without a hitch.

In another video in the collection, EventPermits worked with Dell to secure the permits needed for the Summer Rocks Towel Drop on a beach in Hermosa Beach, California, as well as Central Park in NYC, Navy Pier in Chicago, and many more locations from coast-to-coast. As part of the nationwide activation, Dell staff scattered colored towels featuring the Dell logo across the beaches and parks, which were then snatched up by happy consumers throughout the afternoon. Videos showcasing these events, as well as several others, can be found online at eventpermits.com.

EventPermits cuts through the red tape of the special event process, working as a behind-the-scenes support team, exclusively with, and on behalf of their advertising, public relations and event marketing agency clients, in order to secure prime locations and the necessary permits for successful special events from coast to coast. Based in Hoboken, New Jersey, and the New York City metro area, EventPermits also has fully staffed offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, San Francisco and Toronto.
