M-Files and AccountMate Partner to Offer Integrated ECM and Accounting and Business Management Solutions

M-Files Enterprise Content Management for AccountMate Featured During SYNERGY 2012

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 10, 2012

M-Files Inc., the developer of M-Files flexible cloud, on-premise, and hybrid enterprise content management (ECM) solutions, today announced that the company has integrated M-Files with AccountMate, a leading business accounting software solution. M-Files for AccountMate is being showcased during AccountMate SYNERGY 2012 September 8-11, 2012 in Las Vegas.

Companies both large and small must process a significant number of vendor invoices, and invoice processing is one of the common processes that can be significantly improved with M-Files for AccountMate. Many organizations must still process invoice that arrive on paper while others are received via email, and then are often printed. The hard-copy invoices are then "handled" many times to match with receiving reports and purchase orders, and finally to route for approval. A company that must process a large number of invoices a month can waste a tremendous amount of time trying to find and retrieve the most current and accurate document. With M-Files for AccountMate, invoices can be easily managed via a single electronic file from which workflows for review, editing, and approval are intelligently automated to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

"We recently joined the M-Files Partner Program because we feel the M-Files product is a 'must have' type of solution for all of our customers," said Steve Rosenstein, Vice President at Figtree Consulting, Inc., an AccountMate partner "Many of our customers have challenges with efficiently managing financial documents and information, and M-Files for AccountMate provides a simple, powerful, and affordable answer to address those challenges."

"While most organizations utilize an accounting software solution of some kind, many of them still manage the vast majority of their accounting-related documents in an ad-hoc fashion, either in file cabinets or network folder structures," said Scott Erickson, vice president of channel sales at M-Files Inc. "The integration of M-Files with AccountMate enables organizations to transition to a more efficient and accurate system that makes it easy to attach any type of document, whether it is scanned from paper or generated electronically with common applications such as Microsoft Office and Acrobat, to any accounting record."
