(Guaranteed, http://www.ghmc.com), a national residential mortgage investment and banking firm, today announced it is expanding with four new senior underwriters: Tina McDonald and Shannon Reed will join the firm, and John Albrecht and Kristine Brunck will be promoted.
Founded in 1992, Guaranteed has grown rapidly since its inception, but that growth has accelerated during the past year with the addition of 10 new branches throughout the nation. The four new appointees will assist in direction of the underwriting department at the company’s corporate headquarters.

Adams continued by listing unique skills of the new senior underwriters. Shannon Reed brings a background of 28 years of mortgage banking experience. She has managed a wholesale underwriting division staff and also served at a number of organizations as a loan servicing representative, senior loan processor, operations supervisor and assistant branch manager.
John Albrecht has served as an underwriter since 1994, overseeing underwriting departments, managing turntimes, ensuring timely closings, assisting processors with loan scenarios and submitting regular reports to monitor underwriting production. He has underwritten mortgage loans in accordance with FNMA, FHLMC and 15 other investors’ guidelines including Chase, GMAC and Wells Fargo.
With 14 years of mortgage industry experience, Kristine Brunck has demonstrated leadership in many ways. She has trained and mentored account managers in fraud detection, spearheaded lending operations and led three different teams of more than 15 loan professionals each, and developed a comprehensive training manual for loan officers and operations staff.
With 25 years in the mortgage industry, Tina McDonald’s background includes fulfillment,
learning and development, and loan operations management as well as underwriting. She is proficient with all conventional and government mortgage guidelines, established new service processes and standards, provided operational guidance and worked with staff to meet quality and productivity goals.
