Detroit Advertising Agency Transforms into Jekyll & Hyde

Award winning, full-service advertising agency, Western Creative, Inc., has re-branded itself as Jekyll & Hyde Advertising and Marketing.

Detroit, MI (PRWEB) October 13, 2012

Award winning, full-service advertising agency, Western Creative, Inc., has re-branded itself as Jekyll & Hyde Advertising and Marketing. The company was founded in 1996 by CEO Mark Young and President Sally Young, achieving early success representing local clients with limited budgets. Eventually Western Creative began serving clients nationwide, handling creative development, production, and media strategy and purchasing for a variety of clients, products and services.

The transition into Jekyll & Hyde Advertising and Marketing means focusing on skills honed through years in the advertising industry, and the newly-named agency will primarily promote services in the two areas in which it has developed the most expertise: direct response marketing and advertising for consumer packaged goods.

The new name is a playful nod to the split personalities of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde within the character in Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novella. Like the duality of the character, the agency’s name represents the dichotomy of specialties within the one firm.

The Jekyll “side” of the agency represents high performance brand advertising for consumer packaged goods, where the combined strategy of creative, production and media placement enable the agency to produce cost-effective, results-based campaigns for a wide range of products and clients.

Hyde brings over fifteen years of direct response experience with print advertising, commercials, infomercials, and websites. To date, clients have earned billions of dollars in sales from the firm’s direct response advertising, and these products often launch successfully into retail. Along with advertising campaigns, Jekyll & Hyde is also often involved in product development and package and logo design for clients.

In addition to re-branding itself, the agency has also expanded with the opening of Jekyll & Hyde Studios in a connected facility. The state-of-the-art, 5,000 square foot stage is fully HD equipped with live switchers and will have space for multiple sets, proving to be one of the best stages in the Detroit area.

The studio also gives the agency the opportunity to create branded content, recognizing a major shift in the industry. So far, Jekyll and Hyde has produced content that includes viral videos in the Save Us Chuck series, featuring legendary game show host Chuck Woolery delivering humorous political commentary, as well as a new daily radio show with Woolery.

With their new brand image and studio, Jekyll & Hyde will be a pioneering force in the new advertising landscape. The firm is ready to help their clients achieve success today and into the future, promising brilliant advertising, killer results. For more information, visit http://www.JekyllHydeAgency.com.
