SINGAPORE, August 6, 2012 /Stanford Who’s Who [1]/ — A senior marketing and corporate communications executive with over two decades of experience in the field, Clara Wee [2] has accumulated extensive expertise in the areas of marketing communications, corporate communications, marketing, advertising, promotions, event management, brand management, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Over the course of her brilliant professional career, Clara has consistently displayed the passion, vision, and dedication necessary for inclusion in the exclusive network of premier professionals with Stanford Who’s Who. Utilizing her vast experience in the field, Clara currently serves in the role of Senior Manager of Corporate Communications with the Singapore Turf Club, which is the only authorized operator of horse racing and horse betting services in Singapore. In her role as a Head of Department, Clara is responsible for overseeing the programs and strategies for their branding, advertising, and publicity of key events as well as stakeholder relations, corporate social responsibility, and hospitality. She also provides editorial direction for the Winning Post, the Club’s bi-monthly publication and oversees the corporate communications department’s budget, formulates department policies, and streamlines processes. Prior to joining the Singapore Turf Club team, Clara served as Assistant Director for the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, where she was responsible for leading the public relations department in the areas of public relations and marketing communications. She has also held the position of Senior Manager with the NTUC Fairprice Co-operative and Show Manager with McDonald’s Singapore.
