The International Nurses Association has carefully selected Patricia Tilton MacMaster, BSN, RN, CNOR, to represent nursing in their publication, Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Patricia MacMaster’s selection is a significant representation of her passion and dedication for the field of nursing. She is considered to be among the best with over 30 years in practice. Patricia maintains the position of Director of Nursing within the Vantage Surgery Center located in Medford, New Jersey. Vantage has a highly skilled team of surgeons, physician anesthesiologists, nurse anesthetists, and specially trained nursing personnel to create a comfortable environment for our patients, while delivering the highest quality surgical care. At Virtua, Patricia also offers her expertise being an operating room nurse; caring for patients before, during, and after surgery. To remain up-to-date in her procedures and technologies, Patricia is a member of the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses. When Patricia is not serving her patients at Vantage she participates in local and national public speaking. She has been a nurse since her graduation from the University of Delaware in 1979, with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Upon completion, she received her Registered Nursing degree and was recognized in the National Honor Society of Sigma Theta Tau; which is the second largest nursing organization in the world working to improve the health of people by increasing the scientific base of nursing research.
