Seapointe Village in Wildwood Crest, NJ, offers escape from the blistering summer 2012 heat.
Wildwood NJ (PRWEB) August 08, 2012
The summer of 2012 is looking to be one for the record books. The East Coast has been hit by intense heat waves and over-the-top temperatures. Even though it’s halfway through the season, there’s still plenty of time to escape the summer heat and hightail it to a summer oasis.
Despite the heat wave, there are plenty of places along the coastline to find respite in pretty gardens and cool waters. New Jersey is one of the more popular places to find such an escape. Its central location and extensive coastline make it a popular destination for much of the Northeast.
Among one of the more preferred havens in New Jersey is Wildwood Crest. Known for its beautiful beaches and family-friendly atmosphere, Wildwood Crest is an ideal destination. Free seaside concerts at Centennial Park and a vast array of boardwalk entertainment keep visitors pleasantly occupied. For nature lovers, there are nature trails and protected Piping Plover habitats. There are, of course, also wonderful condominium accomodationsin which to stay.
One such place is Seapointe Village, a prime portion of Jersey Shore real estate. Located on 17 scenic oceanfront acres, Seapointe Village is a practical oasis on the Atlantic Ocean. Situated between Cape May and Wildwood, NJ, it offers a collection of indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, recreation facilities, a private beach club, gardens and water features that rival any garden on the eastern seaboard.
Seapointe pools are numerous and offer something for everyone. The indoor pool offers visitors a chance to swim every day, even if there is a rare rain shower in the summer. Near that pool is a wonderful fire pit where families can gather and sit in the cool evening breezes and plan their fun for the next day. The largest pool sits on the ocean front and offers nearby hot tubs and a spectacular waterfall. Jim Morey of Seapointe says it’s the “gathering spot for all ages. The association takes great pride in landscaping and pools. Visitors can’t help but rave about them.”
Whether your choice is Seapointe Village, another piece of Jersey Shore real estate or another summer getaway, there’s still plenty of time to escape the summer heat.
