FolderWave, Inc. (http://www.folderwave.com), a provider of cloud-based products and services designed to substantially improve operational aspects of Higher Education, today announced it has appointed Pamela Brennan as the company’s new Executive Director of Customer Success.
Reporting to FolderWave’s President, Bob Burke, Pam’s primary focus includes assisting clients in realizing the full potential of their FolderWave solutions while leveraging the product’s flexible framework to enhance business processes.

Pam was involved in the day-to-day operations of application processing and evaluation, and data quality control and assurance. She worked extensively with staff from upstream to downstream systems to develop controls, checks, and reports ensuring that data migrating from Admissions to other systems was clean. She was instrumental in developing methods to streamline processes to drive down costs during the application review cycle. Over the years, Pam has been on numerous implementation teams and was the Admissions Project Lead for migrating to paperless admissions. Once paperless, Pam developed productivity and file review management reports to support the enrollment management plan for more than 45,000 applications.
